Three Thresholds

A person does not move through the world in one stable state. Presence divides into different modes of survival: retreat, endurance and emergence. Each form carries another response to pressure, vulnerability and exposure. What appears as multiplicity is not fragmentation, but an inner negotiation. The self tests several ways of being at once, searching for a shape that can hold uncertainty without disappearing inside it.
